His focus is on documenting and interpreting trends, and assessing, creating and managing successful product, service and experience assets. Ted’s clients include retailers, product manufacturers and marketers, service providers, industry and trade associations, investors, design and management consultancies and not-for-profit institutions. For 17 years, Ted was a senior partner and strategic counsel to the original Watt Design Group, developing and executing design, branding and communications and store design strategies for retail, product, and service brands around the world. As President-Managing Director of Cott Corporation’s Retail Brands International, Ted led the creation and launch of dozens of premium retailer brand and marketing programs worldwide, including extensive work in the UK, Western Europe and Asia.
Ted loves combining his insights, humour and experience, to add value through compelling customer-eye analyses of brands in their marketplace. He also offers his ‘left and right-brain’ skills as speaker and lecturer, to inspire an international who’s who of corporate, professional and academic audiences, including leading design and business schools.
